山东科技职业学院是省属公办全日制普通高等职业院校，坐落于世界风筝之都、全国文明城市——山东潍坊。学校前身是1978年创建的昌潍纺织工业学校，1987年更名为山东省纺织工业学校，2001年经山东省人民政府批准升格为山东纺织职业学院，2006年更名为山东科技职业学院。学校隶属于山东省工业和信息化厅、山东省教育厅双重领导，以省工业和信息化厅管理为主。

Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology is a public full-time higher vocational college affiliated to Shandong Province, located in Weifang, Shandong, the World Kite Capital and a National Civilized City. The predecessor of the school was Changwei Textile Industry School founded in 1978. It was renamed Shandong Textile Industry School in 1987, upgraded to Shandong Textile Vocational College with the approval of Shandong Provincial People's Government in 2001, and renamed Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology in 2006. The school is under the dual leadership of Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Shandong Provincial Department of Education, mainly managed by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

学校是国家示范性高职院校、国家优质高职院校，2019年入选国家“双高计划”A档专业群建设单位，是教育部组织认定的全国职业院校“教学管理50强”“学生管理50强”。拥有浮烟山、滨海两个校区，全日制在校生19000余人，开设服装设计与工艺、智能制造、新一代信息技术等8个专业群52个专业，制造类专业占比68.6%。

The college is a National Model Higher Vocational College and a National High-quality Higher Vocational College. In 2019, it was selected as a construction unit of Class A professional group in the National "Double High Plan" and recognized by the Ministry of Education as one of the "Top 50 in Teaching Management" and "Top 50 in Student Management" among national vocational colleges. It has two campuses, Fuyan Mountain and Binhai, with more than 19,000 full-time students. It offers 52 majors in 8 professional groups including Fashion Design and Technology, Intelligent Manufacturing, and New Generation Information Technology, with manufacturing majors accounting for 68.6%.

学校坚持人才强校战略，专任教师中“双师型”教师占90.66%，硕士以上学位教师占81.72%。深化产教融合，与潍柴集团、歌尔集团等头部企业共建14个产业学院、670个校外实训基地，构建“三全育人”格局，连续三年在山东省高职院校办学质量年度考核中获评A档，致力于建设国内领先、国际知名，智能制造特色鲜明的职业技术大学。

Adhering to the strategy of strengthening the school with talents, 90.66% of the full-time teachers are "double-qualified" teachers, and 81.72% have master's degree or above. It deepens the integration of industry and education, and has jointly built 14 industrial colleges and 670 off-campus training bases with leading enterprises such as Weichai Group and Goertek Group. It has constructed a "three-full education" pattern and has been rated as Grade A in the annual assessment of办学 quality of Shandong higher vocational colleges for three consecutive years, committed to building a leading domestic and internationally renowned vocational and technical university with distinctive characteristics in intelligent manufacturing.
