山东医学高等专科学校是一所省属全日制普通高等学校，设临沂、济南两个校区。临沂校区前身为1966年青岛医学院在沂水设立的分院，历经沂水医学专科学校、临沂医学专科学校等发展阶段，2004年更名为山东医学高等专科学校；济南校区前身为1954年建立的山东省卫生干部学校，2005年并入山东医学高等专科学校。

Shandong Medical College is a provincial full-time ordinary higher education institution with two campuses in Linyi and Jinan. The Linyi Campus, formerly a branch of Qingdao Medical College established in Yishui in 1966, went through stages such as Yishui Medical Junior College and Linyi Medical Junior College, and was renamed Shandong Medical College in 2004. The Jinan Campus, formerly Shandong Provincial Health Cadre School founded in 1954, was merged into Shandong Medical College in 2005.

学校占地1667亩，建筑面积38.38万平方米，固定资产12.17亿元，教学仪器设备总值2.38亿元，图书馆藏书188万册。现有全日制在校生2.6万人，设临床医学类、护理类等13个专业类别31个专业，是山东省医药卫生与健康服务类规模最大、专业设置最全的省属公办全日制普通高等专科学校。

The college covers an area of 1,667 mu, with a building area of 383,800 square meters, fixed assets of 1.217 billion yuan, teaching equipment worth 238 million yuan, and a library collection of 1.88 million books. It currently has 26,000 full-time students and offers 31 majors in 13 professional categories including clinical medicine and nursing. It is the largest and most comprehensively specialized provincial public full-time medical junior college in Shandong Province for medical and health services.

学校建有国家级在线精品课程3门、省级以上在线精品课程37门，拥有17个校内高标准实验实训中心、266个校外实习实训基地及11所附属医院。近五年获国家自然科学基金课题4项，国家级教学成果二等奖2项，为社会培养各类卫生技术人才13万余人。

The college has 3 national online quality courses and 37 provincial-level or above online quality courses, with 17 high-standard on-campus experimental training centers, 266 off-campus internship bases and 11 affiliated hospitals. In the past five years, it has obtained 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects and 2 second prizes of national teaching achievements, cultivating more than 130,000 various health technical talents for the society.
