山东外贸职业学院隶属于山东省商务厅，是山东省最早也是唯一专门从事外经贸教育的全日制普通高等职业院校。学院前身是创建于1964年的山东省对外经济贸易学校和1984年的山东省对外经济贸易职工大学，2002年合并成立山东外贸职业学院。目前在青岛和泰安两地办学，全日制在校生11000余人，形成了外贸、外语、外运、跨境电商为主的鲜明“外”字办学特色。

Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College is affiliated to the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province. It is the earliest and only full-time public higher vocational college specializing in foreign trade education in Shandong Province. The college originated from Shandong Foreign Economic Relations and Trade School founded in 1964 and Shandong Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Workers' University established in 1984, merged to form the current college in 2002. With campuses in Qingdao and Tai'an, it now has over 11,000 full-time students, featuring distinctive "foreign-related" education focusing on foreign trade, foreign languages, international transportation, and cross-border e-commerce.

学院开设24个专业，其中国际贸易实务、报关与国际货运、商务英语等10个专业为国家级骨干专业，拥有4个省级高水平专业群。师资队伍中硕士以上学位教师占90.72%，8名教师获欧盟同声传译证书，常年聘请20余名外籍教师。作为全国外经贸职业教育教学指导委员会副主任委员单位，学院牵头组建全国跨境数字贸易产教融合共同体，社会服务成效显著。

The college offers 24 majors, including 10 national-level key majors such as International Trade Practice, Customs Declaration and International Freight, and Business English, with 4 provincial high-level professional groups. Among the teaching staff, 90.72% hold master's degrees or above, 8 teachers have obtained EU simultaneous interpretation certificates, and over 20 foreign teachers are employed annually. As the vice-chairman unit of the National Foreign Trade Vocational Education Steering Committee, the college leads the National Cross-border Digital Trade Industry-Education Integration Community, achieving remarkable social service results.
