山东英才学院创建于1998年，是教育部批准的普通本科高校，坐落于山东省省会济南，现有两个校区分别位于济南市高新区和新旧动能转换起步区。学校坚持应用型高校办学定位，以工学、管理学为主，教育学、艺术学、医学等协调发展，设有10个教学院部，38个本科专业和42个专科专业，构建了完善的学科专业体系。

Shandong Yingcai University, founded in 1998, is a regular undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education. Located in Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province, it has two campuses situated in Jinan High-tech Zone and the Start-up Zone for新旧动能转换 respectively. Adhering to the orientation of application-oriented universities, the university mainly focuses on engineering and management, with coordinated development of education, art, medicine, etc. It has 10 teaching colleges and departments, 38 undergraduate majors and 42 junior college majors, forming a complete discipline and professional system.

学校师资力量雄厚，现有专职教师1031名，其中具有硕士博士学位教师745人，拥有国家教学名师、万人计划教学名师等高层次人才。教学成果丰硕，建有国家级实验教学示范中心、国家级大学生校外实践教育基地，获国家级一流课程2门、省级一流专业13个，近三年学生在各类竞赛中获省级以上奖项500余项。

The university boasts a strong faculty, with 1,031 full-time teachers, including 745 with master's or doctoral degrees, and high-level talents such as national teaching masters and Ten Thousand Talents Program teaching masters. It has achieved fruitful teaching results, with a national experimental teaching demonstration center and a national off-campus practical education base for college students. It has 2 national first-class courses and 13 provincial first-class majors. In the past three years, students have won more than 500 provincial and above awards in various competitions.

学校始终秉持“自强不息，与时俱进”的校训，以培养思想品德好、专业基础实、实践能力强的应用型人才为目标，先后获评“全国毕业生就业典型经验高校”“全国创新创业典型经验高校”，近600名学子投身西部志愿服务，2500余名大学生应征入伍，彰显了浓厚的家国情怀。

Adhering to the school motto of "自强不息，与时俱进" (Self-improvement and keeping pace with the times), the university aims to cultivate application-oriented talents with good ideological and moral character, solid professional foundation and strong practical ability. It has been successively awarded "National Model University for Graduate Employment" and "National Model University for Innovation and Entrepreneurship". Nearly 600 students have participated in western volunteer services and more than 2,500 college students have joined the army, demonstrating a strong sense of family and country.
