Sharif University of Technology (SUT) is one of Iran's top-tier institutions for science and technology education. Founded in 1966 and located in the capital city of Tehran, it was formerly known as Aryamehr University of Industry before being renamed in 1975 to honor the late student Majid Sharif Vaghefi. Renowned as the "Tsinghua University of Iran," SUT is celebrated for its rigorous academic environment, outstanding research capabilities, and close collaboration with industry.
