信州大学（しんしゅうだいがく、英语：Shinshu University），简称信大，本部位于日本长野县松本市，是一所历史悠久的国立大学。其前身可追溯至1873年创立的长野师范学校，1949年通过学制改革，由松本高级中学、长野师范学校、松本医学专门学校、长野工业专门学校等多所院校合并成立为信州国立大学，现为长野县唯一的国立大学，也是JANET成员校。

Shinshu University, referred to as Shinshu Daigaku, is a long-established national university with its main campus located in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. Its origins can be traced back to the Nagano Normal School founded in 1873. In 1949, through the educational system reform, it was established as Shinshu National University by merging several institutions including Matsumoto Senior High School, Nagano Normal School, Matsumoto Medical College, and Nagano Industrial College. Currently, it is the only national university in Nagano Prefecture and a member of JANET.

信州大学以多学科均衡发展为特色，共设有8个学部和8所研究生院，涵盖人文学、教育学、经法学、理学、医学、工学、农学及纤维学等多个领域。其中，纤维学部是该校历史最悠久的学部，也是全日本唯一的纤维学部，反映了信州地区作为传统生丝生产中心的历史地位。该学部在纤维科学与技术领域享有国际声誉，相关论文发表数量长期位居世界前列，尤其在纳米纤维研究方面成果卓著。

Shinshu University is characterized by balanced development across multiple disciplines, with 8 undergraduate faculties and 8 graduate schools covering humanities, education, economics and law, science, medicine, engineering, agriculture, and fiber science. Among them, the Faculty of Textile Science and Technology is the oldest faculty of the university and the only one of its kind in Japan, reflecting the historical status of the Shinshu region as a traditional silk production center. This faculty enjoys an international reputation in the field of fiber science and technology, with a long-standing leading position in the number of related papers published worldwide, particularly in the research of nanofibers.
