上海外国语大学贤达经济人文学院系国家教育部2004年批准的上海第一批全日制本科独立学院，由上海外国语大学和上海贤达投资有限公司合作举办。学校现有虹口、崇明两个校区，虹口校区毗邻上海外国语大学，崇明校区以托斯卡纳和新古典主义风格建筑与生态环境相得益彰为特色。

Shanghai International Studies University Xianda College of Economics and Humanities is one of the first full-time undergraduate independent colleges approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004, co-founded by Shanghai International Studies University and Shanghai Xianda Investment Co., Ltd. The college has two campuses in Hongkou and Chongming. The Hongkou Campus is adjacent to Shanghai International Studies University, while the Chongming Campus features Tuscan and neoclassical architectural styles integrated with a distinctive ecological environment.

学校依托上海外国语大学的师资与外语教学优势，构建以语言类学科为重点、多学科协调发展的体系，开设文学、法学、经济学、管理学、教育学5大门类21个本科专业。推行转专业制度、双语/全英语分班教学，并参与复旦大学等高校合作办学，为学生提供辅修选修机会。

Leveraging the faculty resources and foreign language teaching strengths of Shanghai International Studies University, the college has developed a discipline system focusing on language-related subjects with coordinated development across multiple disciplines. It offers 21 undergraduate programs covering five disciplines: literature, law, economics, management, and education. The college implements a major transfer system, bilingual/fully English-taught class divisions, and participates in cooperative education with universities like Fudan University to provide minor and elective course opportunities for students.
