石家庄邮电职业技术学院始建于1956年，是教育部批准的公办高职院校，现隶属中国邮政集团有限公司，是我国唯一一所培养邮政专门人才为主的高等院校，同时是中共中国邮政集团有限公司党校、中国邮政集团有限公司人才发展中心、中国邮政网络学院和中国邮政集团有限公司科研服务支撑基地。

Shijiazhuang Post and Telecommunication Technical College, founded in 1956, is a public higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education. It is now affiliated to China Post Group Co., Ltd. and is the only higher education institution in China mainly cultivating specialized talents for the postal industry. It also serves as the Party School of China Post Group Co., Ltd., the Talent Development Center of China Post Group Co., Ltd., the China Post Network College, and the scientific research service support base of China Post Group Co., Ltd.

学院立足邮电行业办学，拥有邮政快递类、现代物流类、现代金融类、智能工程类、信息技术类、财务会计类六大特色专业群，开设专业30余个，普通全日制在校学生9000余人，与邮政企业合作订单招生达2600余人/年。现有教师580余人，其中博士、硕士研究生470余人，副高级以上职称210余人，拥有国家万人计划教学名师、享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家等一批高端人才。

Based on the postal and telecommunications industry, the college has six characteristic professional groups: postal express, modern logistics, modern finance, intelligent engineering, information technology, and financial accounting. It offers more than 30 majors, with over 9,000 full-time students and more than 2,600 order-based enrollments with postal enterprises annually. There are more than 580 teachers, including over 470 doctors and masters, more than 210 with associate senior titles or above, and a group of high-end talents such as national distinguished teachers in the "Ten Thousand Talents Program" and experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council.

学院入选国家“双高计划”建设单位并以优秀等级通过终期验收，先后荣获全国职业教育先进单位、全国毕业生就业典型经验高校、国家技能人才培育突出贡献奖等荣誉，是国家高技能人才培养示范基地、全国邮政行业人才培养基地。

The college was selected as a national "Double High-Level Plan" construction unit and passed the final acceptance with excellent grades. It has successively won honors such as the National Advanced Unit in Vocational Education, the National College with Typical Experience in Graduate Employment, and the National Outstanding Contribution Award for Skilled Talent Cultivation. It is a national demonstration base for high-skilled talent training and a national talent training base for the postal industry.
