上饶幼儿师范高等专科学校是2017年经江西省人民政府批准整合原上饶师范学校和万年师范学校资源设立的全日制公办普通高校，其办学历史可追溯至1939年创办的上饶师资训练所，校训为“蒙以养正、师以世范”。学校规划面积810亩，一期已建成454.31亩，建筑面积21.26万平方米，附属幼儿园占地25亩。现有教职员工418人，专任教师360人，其中硕士学位217人，副高以上职称94人，双师型教师210人；在校生10874人，面向全国23个省份招生，与多所本科院校开展联合培养，开设学前教育、小学教育等8个专业，形成了以师范教育为特色的办学体系。

Shangrao Preschool Education College is a full-time public ordinary college established in 2017 with the approval of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government by integrating the resources of the former Shangrao Normal School and Wannian Normal School. Its educational history can be traced back to the Shangrao Teacher Training Institute founded in 1939, with the school motto of "Cultivating Virtue from Childhood, Modeling Morality for the World". The college has a planned area of 810 mu, with the first phase completed covering 454.31 mu and a building area of 212,600 square meters, and an affiliated kindergarten covering 25 mu. There are 418 faculty members, including 360 full-time teachers, among whom 217 have master's degrees, 94 have associate senior titles or above, and 210 are double-qualified teachers. The college has 10,874 students, enrolling students from 23 provinces across the country, carrying out joint training with multiple undergraduate colleges, and offering 8 majors such as preschool education and primary education, forming an educational system featuring normal education.

学校注重人才培养与国际交流，设有学前教育（中外合作办学）专业，与马来西亚精英大学合作，采用中马课程结合模式培养国际化幼教人才，学生毕业可获本校大专毕业证及马方结业证书与学分认定，优秀者可赴马攻读本科及硕士学位。近年来，学校荣获全国职业院校技能大赛二等奖、省级教学成果二等奖等多项荣誉，是国家教育部职业教育院校教指委成员单位、江西省1+X幼儿照护证书联盟牵头院校，致力于打造特色鲜明的高水平幼儿师范专科学校，为区域基础教育发展培养优质师资。

The college focuses on talent cultivation and international exchanges, offering a preschool education major (Sino-foreign cooperative education) in collaboration with HELP University of Malaysia. It adopts a curriculum integration model of China and Malaysia to cultivate international preschool education talents. Graduates can obtain the college's junior college diploma, Malaysian completion certificate and credit recognition, and outstanding students can pursue undergraduate and master's degrees in Malaysia. In recent years, the college has won many honors such as the second prize in the National Vocational College Skills Competition and the second prize in provincial teaching achievements. It is a member unit of the Teaching Steering Committee of Vocational Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education and the leading college of the Jiangxi 1+X Child Care Certificate Alliance, committed to building a distinctive high-level preschool normal college and cultivating high-quality teachers for regional basic education development.
