石家庄铁道大学四方学院创建于2001年，是经河北省人民政府批准、国家教育部确认的实施全日制普通本科层次学历教育的独立学院。学院依托母体学校石家庄铁道大学（前身是中国人民解放军铁道兵工程学院，1950年创建，为河北省重点骨干大学）的优质教育资源，秉承“慎思明辨、知行合一”校训和“军魂永驻、校企结合、育艰苦创业人”的办学特色。

Shijiazhuang Tiedao University Sifang College, founded in 2001, is an independent college approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province and recognized by the Ministry of Education, offering full-time undergraduate education. Relying on the high-quality educational resources of its parent university Shijiazhuang Tiedao University (formerly the Railway Engineering Institute of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, founded in 1950 and a key university in Hebei Province), the college adheres to the motto of "Deliberate, Discriminate, Know and Do" and the educational philosophy of "Eternal Military Spirit, School-Enterprise Integration, Cultivating Hardworking Entrepreneurs".

学院现有两个校区（南校区位于石家庄市元氏县，西校区位于鹿泉区），校园面积1050余亩，面向全国30个省（市）招生，在校生13000余人。设有9个系3个教学部，开设24个本科专业，涵盖工学、经济学、管理学、法学、文学、艺术学六大学科门类，形成以应用型人才培养为核心的多学科专业体系，毕业生主要面向铁路系统及大型国企就业，就业率连续多年保持较高水平。

The college has two campuses (South Campus in Yuanshi County and West Campus in Luquan District of Shijiazhuang City) covering an area of over 1,050 mu. It enrolls students from 30 provinces (municipalities) nationwide, with a total enrollment of more than 13,000. The college consists of 9 departments and 3 teaching divisions, offering 24 undergraduate programs spanning six disciplines: Engineering, Economics, Management, Law, Literature, and Arts. It has formed a multi-disciplinary professional system focusing on applied talent cultivation, with graduates mainly employed in railway systems and large state-owned enterprises, maintaining a high employment rate for many years.
