陕西科技大学镐京学院成立于2004年，是教育部批准，陕西科技大学与陕西斯卡雷博德制衣有限公司合作举办的本科层次独立学院。学校坐落于陕西省西咸新区沣西新城统一大道，交通便捷，环境优美，校园面积548亩。校内基础设施齐备，教学、科研场所宽敞明亮档次高，实验实习、图书阅览条件先进，学生生活环境智能舒适，网络环境高速畅通，是莘莘学子学习深造的理想之地。

Shaanxi University of Science & Technology Haojing College was founded in 2004. It is an undergraduate-level independent college approved by the Ministry of Education, jointly organized by Shaanxi University of Science & Technology and Shaanxi Scarabord Garment Co., Ltd. The school is located on Tongyi Avenue, Fengxi New City, Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province, with convenient transportation and a beautiful environment, covering an area of 548 mu. The campus has complete infrastructure, spacious and bright teaching and research places of high grade, advanced conditions for experimental practice and book reading, intelligent and comfortable living environment for students, and high-speed and smooth network environment, making it an ideal place for students to study and pursue further education.

Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the college fully implements the Party's educational policy and adheres to the socialist orientation in running schools. It upholds the school-running purpose of fostering virtue through education and serving the society, adheres to the school-running philosophy of student-oriented, upholding integrity and innovation, implements the development strategy of establishing the school with quality, strengthening the school with talents, and invigorating the school with characteristics, actively serves the regional economy and society, takes a path of distinctive and high-quality development, and cultivates high-quality applied talents for national construction. Currently, it has 9 secondary teaching units and offers 22 undergraduate majors, including 3 provincial first-class professional construction sites.

学校现有专任教师406人，其中副教授以上职称129人，具有研究生以上学历的295人。陕西科技大学委派一批教学经验丰富、责任心强的专家教授作为主导力量，同时通过多种措施组建自有教师队伍，已形成一支结构合理、教学水平较高的师资队伍。校内有实习工厂2个，校外实习实训基地17个，各类综合性实验室57个，为学生实践能力培养提供有力支撑。

The college currently has 406 full-time teachers, including 129 with associate senior titles or above and 295 with graduate degrees or above. Shaanxi University of Science & Technology has assigned a group of experienced and responsible experts and professors as the leading force. Meanwhile, it has established its own teaching staff through various measures, forming a teaching team with reasonable structure and high teaching level. There are 2 internship factories, 17 off-campus internship and training bases, and 57 comprehensive laboratories of various types on campus, providing strong support for the cultivation of students' practical abilities.

The college adheres to innovating talent training modes, attaches importance to English teaching and professional skills training, and students have achieved excellent results in the National College English CET-4 and CET-6 exams and various academic competitions. It values international development and has established friendly cooperative relations with well-known universities in the United States, New Zealand, Poland and other countries, providing students with opportunities for overseas exchange and study.
