Southwest Jiaotong University Hope College is a full-time regular undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education of China, founded by Southwest Jiaotong University, a century-old prestigious university that was among the first to enter the Double First-Class construction, in accordance with high standards and high starting points. 学校设有土木工程学院、轨道交通学院、商学院等教学单位，开办覆盖工学、管理学、文学、理学等学科门类的本专科专业47个，其中省级一流、示范专业建设点17个。现有专任教师1290余人，90%以上具有硕士、博士学位，与329家优质企业开展校企合作，累计输送5万余名高素质应用型人才，就业率和就业质量稳居同类院校前列。

The college has teaching units such as the School of Civil Engineering, School of Rail Transit, and School of Business, offering 47 undergraduate and junior college programs covering engineering, management, literature, science and other disciplines, including 17 provincial-level first-class and demonstration professional construction sites. It has more than 1,290 full-time teachers, over 90% of whom have master's or doctoral degrees.
