西南财经大学天府学院是经教育部批准设立的独立学院，完整继承原西南财经大学电子商务学院的师资队伍、办学理念及教学资源。经过二十余年发展，学校已成为拥有成都、德阳、绵阳四校区的综合性高等院校，高铁40分钟串联成德绵校区，总占地面积1967亩，纸质图书173万册，电子图书121万册，各类现代化多媒体教室550余间，教学设施先进完善。

Tianfu College of Southwest University of Finance and Economics is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education, fully inheriting the faculty, educational philosophy and teaching resources of the former School of Electronic Commerce of Southwest University of Finance and Economics. After more than 20 years of development, the college has become a comprehensive institution of higher education with four campuses in Chengdu, Deyang and Mianyang, connected by a 40-minute high-speed rail ride. The total campus area is 1,967 mu, with 1.73 million paper books, 1.21 million e-books, and over 550 modern multimedia classrooms, featuring advanced and complete teaching facilities.

学校以"崇文尚武、敏思践行"为校训，秉承"一个头脑（国际视野、创新思维），两个工具（财经管理和信息技术），三个习惯（自信、自律、自学），四项品质（忠孝、廉耻、诚信、勤奋）"的培养目标，形成了以学生职业发展为导向的应用型人才培养体系。现有本科专业44个、专科专业32个，涵盖经、管、工、文、艺等8大学科门类，4个专业被列为省级一流本科专业建设点，5个专业为省级应用型示范专业，3个省级实验教学示范中心，4个市级研究基地，致力于培养具备国际视野和创新能力的复合型人才。

With the school motto of "Esteeming Literature and Martial Arts, Thinking Intelligently and Practicing Diligently", the college adheres to the educational objective of "One Mindset (international perspective, innovative thinking), Two Tools (financial management and information technology), Three Habits (self-confidence, self-discipline, self-learning), and Four Virtues (loyalty, filial piety, integrity, diligence)". It has developed an application-oriented talent cultivation system oriented towards students' career development. The college offers 44 undergraduate programs and 32 junior college programs covering 8 disciplines including economics, management, engineering, arts and design. Four programs are listed as provincial first-class undergraduate program construction sites, five as provincial applied demonstration programs, with 3 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers and 4 municipal research bases, dedicated to cultivating compound talents with international vision and innovative capabilities.
