陕西服装工程学院创建于1994年，是经国家教育部批准设立的全日制民办普通本科高校，具有学士学位授予权。学校位于中国历史文化名城西安，地处西咸新区沣西新城，是一所园林化、数字化、现代化的生态公园式高校。学校以服装、艺术为特色，工、艺、管、经、教多学科协调发展，秉持“国际化视野、特色化发展”理念，致力于培养综合素质高、实践能力强的高级应用型人才。

Shaanxi Institute of Fashion Engineering, founded in 1994, is a full-time private undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education of China, with the right to grant bachelor's degrees. Located in Fengxi New City, Xixian New Area, Xi'an, a famous historical and cultural city in China, the university is a garden-style, digital and modern ecological park-like institution of higher learning. The university has 10 secondary teaching units including the School of Fashion, School of Art and Design, and School of Economics and Management, forming a disciplinary system with clothing-related majors as its特色 and coordinated development of engineering, arts, management, economics and education.
