陕西国际商贸学院坐落于西安市西咸新区，由步长制药于1997年投资创办，2008年经教育部批准升格为本科院校，是一所全日制普通民办本科高校。学校秉承“立德笃学、允能躬行”的校训，形成了“医药+”学科专业特色，构建了“三结合五赋能”应用型人才培养体系，先后荣获陕西省文明校园、全国五四红旗团委等称号。

Shaanxi Institute of International Trade & Commerce is located in Xixian New Area, Xi'an. Founded in 1997 with investment from Buchang Pharmaceuticals, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2008, being a full-time private undergraduate institution. Adhering to the motto of "Establish Virtue, Diligently Learn, Cultivate Ability, and Practice Earnestly", the university has formed a "Pharmaceutical +" disciplinary characteristic and constructed a "Three Combinations and Five Empowerments" applied talent training system. It has successively won titles such as Shaanxi Civilized Campus and National May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committee.

学校现有全日制在校生19000余人，教职工1200余人，设有14个教学单位，33个本科专业，涵盖医（药）学、工学、经济学等7大学科。拥有国家级一流本科专业建设点1个、省级一流本科专业建设点6个，建有7个现代产业学院和22个省级以上科研平台，与20多个国家的高校开展国际交流合作。

The university currently has over 19,000 full-time students and more than 1,200 faculty members. It has 14 teaching units and 33 undergraduate majors, covering 7 disciplines including medicine (pharmacy), engineering, and economics. It boasts 1 national first-class undergraduate major construction site and 6 provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites, established 7 modern industrial colleges and more than 22 provincial-level scientific research platforms, and carries out international exchanges and cooperation with universities in more than 20 countries.
