山西财经大学华商学院是经国家教育部批准设立的独立学院，由山西财经大学按照新机制、新模式举办，是一所全日制本科普通高等学校。学院坐落于历史文化名城——山西省太原市，紧邻山西财经大学主校区，地理位置优越，交通便利，环境优美，基础设施先进，办学条件优良。

Shanxi University of Finance and Economics Huashang College is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is a full-time undergraduate ordinary higher education institution run by Shanxi University of Finance and Economics under a new mechanism and new model. Located in Taiyuan, a famous historical and cultural city in Shanxi Province, the college is adjacent to the main campus of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, enjoying a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, a beautiful environment, advanced infrastructure and excellent办学 conditions.

学院设有经济学、国际经济与贸易、金融学、保险学、财政学、物流管理、工商管理、会计学、会计学（注册会计师方向）、财务管理、行政管理（公务员方向）、人力资源管理、审计学、金融工程、资产评估、商务英语、法学、社会体育指导与管理、市场营销、旅游管理等20个普通本科专业，涵盖经济学、管理学、法学、文学、教育学5个学科门类，在校学生5866人。学院依托山西财经大学的优质教学资源，教学活动全过程由山西财经大学教师完成，实行相对独立的教学组织和管理，独立颁发国家统一的普通本科学历文凭，拥有独立的学士学位授予权，达到学士学位授予条件者，颁发山西财经大学华商学院学士学位证书。

The college offers 20 regular undergraduate majors, including Economics, International Economics and Trade, Finance, Insurance, Public Finance, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Accounting (CPA Direction), Financial Management, Public Administration (Civil Servant Direction), Human Resource Management, Auditing, Financial Engineering, Asset Evaluation, Business English, Law, Social Sports指导与Management, Marketing, and Tourism Management. These majors cover 5 disciplines: Economics, Management, Law, Literature, and Education, with 5,866 students enrolled. Relying on the high-quality teaching resources of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, the entire teaching process is completed by teachers from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics. The college implements relatively independent teaching organization and management, independently issues nationally unified ordinary undergraduate diplomas, and has independent bachelor's degree awarding rights. Those who meet the bachelor's degree awarding conditions will be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics Huashang College.
