沈阳科技学院位于辽宁省沈阳市，是一所经教育部批准设立的全日制民办普通本科高校。学校始建于1999年6月，前身为沈阳化工大学国有民营二级学院，2004年4月被教育部确认为独立学院，校名为沈阳化工学院科亚学院，2016年4月转设为独立设置的普通本科高校。校园占地面积41.96万平方米，建筑面积26.09万平方米，教学科研仪器设备总值6604.96万元，图书馆馆藏纸质图书63.07万册、电子图书260万册。现有全日制本科在校生7228人，专任教师487人，其中自有专任教师400人，占比82.13%。

Shenyang Institute of Science and Technology is a full-time private general undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education, located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Founded in June 1999, the university was originally a state-owned private secondary college of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. In April 2004, it was recognized as an independent college by the Ministry of Education and named Ke Ya College of Shenyang Institute of Chemical Technology. In April 2016, it was transformed into an independently established general undergraduate college. The campus covers an area of 419,600 square meters with a building area of 260,900 square meters. The total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is 66.0496 million yuan, and the library has 630,700 paper books and 2.6 million e-books. Currently, there are 7,228 full-time undergraduate students and 487 full-time teachers, including 400 self-owned full-time teachers, accounting for 82.13%.

学校秉承“博学笃行、种德修身”的校训，围绕辽宁老工业基地振兴发展需求，突出应用型办学定位，开设28个本科专业，覆盖工学、管理学、经济学、教育学、文学等五个学科门类，着力打造化工与制药、装备制造、信息工程、现代服务等四个应用型本科专业群。其中，制药工程、金融学专业被确定为辽宁省一流本科建设专业，智能制造技术实验教学中心获评辽宁省实验教学示范中心。学校坚持校企合作办学，与212家企业建立合作关系，近三年获批教育部协同育人项目17项，辽宁省高质量产学合作协同育人项目5项，承担各级各类科研项目529项，师生发表学术论文1066篇，获得授权专利412项。

Adhering to the school motto of "Erudition and Practice, Cultivating Virtue and Self-cultivation", the university focuses on the needs of the revitalization and development of Liaoning's old industrial base, highlighting the application-oriented school-running orientation. It offers 28 undergraduate majors covering five disciplines: engineering, management, economics, education, and literature, and strives to build four application-oriented undergraduate professional groups including chemical engineering and pharmacy, equipment manufacturing, information engineering, and modern services. Among them, Pharmaceutical Engineering and Finance are identified as first-class undergraduate construction majors in Liaoning Province, and the Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Experimental Teaching Center is rated as a Liaoning Provincial Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center. The university adheres to school-enterprise cooperation in running schools and has established cooperative relations with 212 enterprises. In the past three years, it has obtained 17 collaborative education projects from the Ministry of Education, 5 high-quality industry-university cooperation collaborative education projects in Liaoning Province, undertaken 529 scientific research projects at all levels, published 1,066 academic papers by teachers and students, and obtained 412 authorized patents.
