塔什干灌溉和农业机械化工程师学院（TIIAME）是乌兹别克斯坦历史悠久的顶尖公立研究型大学，创办于1923年，其前身为中亚棉花种植和水利理工学院，历经多次整合与更名，2017年正式确定现名。作为乌兹别克斯坦在农业水利与工程技术领域的核心高等教育机构，学校以培养农业、水资源管理及农业机械化领域的高素质工程技术人才为核心使命，在旱区水利、节水灌溉技术、农业机械研发等领域具有显著优势。

The Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers (TIIAME) is a leading public research university in Uzbekistan with a long history. Founded in 1923, it originated from the Central Asian Institute of Cotton Growing and Water Conservancy Engineering. After several integrations and name changes, it was officially renamed to its current title in 2017. As a core higher education institution in Uzbekistan for agricultural water conservancy and engineering technology, TIIAME is committed to cultivating high-quality engineering talents in agriculture, water resource management, and agricultural mechanization, with notable strengths in arid zone water conservancy, water-saving irrigation technology, and agricultural machinery research and development.

学校现有7个学院，包括水资源组织和管理学院、水利工程机械化学院、农业机械系学院等，开设45个本科专业、35个硕士专业及12个博士专业，涵盖水利工程、农业机械化、土地资源管理、生态环境等多个领域。目前有4860余名学生在校学习，师资队伍由353名高素质教师组成，其中包括31名理科博士和157名理科候选人。学校注重国际合作，与中国多所高校在科研项目、联合实验室建设及学生联合培养等方面保持密切合作，是中亚地区农业工程教育与研究的重要中心。

The university comprises 7 faculties, including the Faculty of Water Resources Organization and Management, Faculty of Water Conservancy Engineering Mechanization, and Faculty of Agricultural Machinery. It offers 45 undergraduate programs, 35 master's programs, and 12 doctoral programs, covering fields such as water conservancy engineering, agricultural mechanization, land resource management, and ecological environment. Currently, over 4,860 students are enrolled, and the faculty consists of 353 highly qualified teachers, including 31 doctors of science and 157 candidates of science. TIIAME emphasizes international cooperation, maintaining close partnerships with multiple Chinese universities in research projects, joint laboratory construction, and student joint training, serving as a key hub for agricultural engineering education and research in Central Asia.
