塔城职业技术学院是经新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的公办全日制高等职业院校，始建于2019年，坐落于新疆塔城地区塔城市，距国家级一类陆路口岸——巴克图口岸12公里。学院秉承“崇德精技、知能兼隆”的校训，坚守“自信、奋进、严谨、创新”的校风，以培养高素质技术技能人才为目标，服务区域经济社会发展。

Tacheng Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and registered with the Ministry of Education. Founded in 2019, it is located in Tacheng City, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang, 12 kilometers away from the national first-class land port -巴克图口岸 (Baktu Port). Adhering to the school motto of "Virtue and Skills, Knowledge and Ability", and adhering to the school spirit of "Confidence, Endeavor, Rigor and Innovation", the college aims to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents to serve regional economic and social development.

学院现形成“一校三区”布局（主校区、师范学校校区、乌苏校区），总占地面积815亩，建筑面积18万平方米，教职工451人，专任教师382人（其中副教授及以上104人），在校生7302人。设有马克思主义学院、商贸管理学院等7个教学院部，开设21个专业（涵盖财经、机电、农牧、旅游等领域），拥有自治区级高技能人才培训基地、3个地区技能大师工作室及64家校外实习实训基地，专业建设与地区“5+2”现代化产业体系适配度显著提升。

The college now has a "one school, three campuses" layout (main campus, normal school campus, Wusu campus), with a total area of 815 mu and a building area of 180,000 square meters. It has 451 faculty members, 382 full-time teachers (including 104 associate professors and above), and 7,302 students. It has 7 teaching colleges and departments including the School of Marxism and the School of Business Management, offering 21 majors (covering finance and economics, electromechanics, agriculture and animal husbandry, tourism, etc.). It has an autonomous region-level high-skilled talent training base, 3 regional skill master studios and 64 off-campus internship and training bases. The adaptability of professional construction to the regional "5+2" modern industrial system has been significantly improved.

近年来，学院深化产教融合，与塔里木大学、喀什大学合作开设财务管理、动物科学等“3+2”高职本科贯通培养专业，实现塔城地区本科教育零突破；新增中职专业16个、高职专业17个，学生规模较2020年增长18倍，为地区五区建设及兵地融合发展提供有力人才支撑。

In recent years, the college has deepened the integration of industry and education, and cooperated with Tarim University and Kashgar University to offer "3+2" higher vocational undergraduate programs such as financial management and animal science, achieving a zero breakthrough in undergraduate education in Tacheng Prefecture. It has added 16 secondary vocational majors and 17 higher vocational majors, and the student scale has increased by 18 times compared with 2020, providing strong talent support for the construction of five districts in the region and the integrated development of military and local areas.
