天津商业大学宝德学院是2004年经教育部批准设立的本科层次独立学院，学制四年。学院以管理学、经济学和艺术学等学科为主，兼有文学等学科，立足天津，面向全国，形成了多学科协调发展的办学格局。

Tianjin University of Commerce Boustead College is an undergraduate-level independent college approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004, with a four-year academic system. The college mainly focuses on disciplines such as management, economics, and art, and also includes literature. Based in Tianjin and facing the whole country, it has formed a school-running pattern of coordinated development of multiple disciplines.

学院坚持立德树人根本任务，致力于培养基础扎实、实践能力强、具有创新思维的高素质应用型人才。现设有24个本科专业，涵盖金融学、会计学、工商管理、动画、视觉传达设计等多个领域，在校生8000余人。学院拥有天津市一流本科专业建设点、实验教学示范中心等教学平台，注重实践教学与创新创业教育，学生在各级各类竞赛中成果显著。

The college adheres to the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and is committed to cultivating high-quality applied talents with solid foundations, strong practical abilities, and innovative thinking. Currently, it offers 24 undergraduate majors covering fields such as finance, accounting, business administration, animation, and visual communication design, with more than 8,000 students. The college has teaching platforms such as Tianjin first-class undergraduate major construction sites and experimental teaching demonstration centers, focusing on practical teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and students have achieved remarkable results in various competitions at all levels.
