天津城市建设管理职业技术学院是经天津市人民政府批准、国家教育部备案、面向全国招生的公办全日制普通高等职业技术学校，始建于1975年，隶属于天津能源投资集团有限公司。学院依托行业优势，以能源、建筑、城市管理三大类专业建设群为主，开设31个相关专业（含4个三二分段专业），其中焊接技术及自动化专业是教育部现代学徒制试点专业，城市热能应用技术、建筑工程技术专业是天津市优质骨干专业，工程造价、建筑装饰工程技术专业是天津市骨干专业。

Tianjin Urban Construction Management Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational and technical school approved by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, registered by the Ministry of Education, and enrolling students nationwide.
