天津仁爱学院前身为2006年经教育部批准设立的天津大学仁爱学院，由天津大学与天津市仁爱集团合作创办。2021年2月，学校转设更名为天津仁爱学院，成为独立设置的民办普通本科高校，主管部门为天津市教委。学校坐落于天津市静海区团泊新城，占地面积1000余亩，依托天津大学优质教育资源，形成以工为主，经管、文法、艺术、体育多学科协调发展的办学格局，现有36个本科专业，在校生16900余人。

Tianjin Renai College was formerly Tianjin University Renai College, approved by the Ministry of Education in 2006 and co-founded by Tianjin University and Tianjin Renai Group. In February 2021, the college was renamed Tianjin Renai College and transformed into an independent private undergraduate institution under the supervision of Tianjin Municipal Education Commission. Located in Tianbo New Town, Jinghai District, Tianjin, the college covers an area of over 1,000 mu. Relying on the high-quality educational resources of Tianjin University, it has developed a multidisciplinary structure with engineering as the main focus, coordinated with management, economics, liberal arts, art, and physical education, offering 36 undergraduate programs with over 16,900 students.

学校办学水平位居同类院校前列，2013年成为全国首批通过教育部规范验收的独立学院，2022年获批国家区块链创新应用特色领域试点单位，同年入选天津市党建工作示范高校创建培育单位。教学设施完善，建有228个实验室及天津市级实验教学示范中心3个，与百余家企业共建实践基地，形成“教、学、做”一体化教学模式。师资队伍中43%以上具有高级职称，近半数教师来自天津大学，2025年软科民办高校排名位列第38名。

The college ranks among the top institutions of its kind, becoming one of the first independent colleges nationwide to pass the Ministry of Education's standardized acceptance in 2013. In 2022, it was approved as a national pilot unit for blockchain innovation applications in education and selected as a cultivation unit for Tianjin's model university in party building. It boasts 228 laboratories, 3 Tianjin municipal-level experimental teaching demonstration centers, and has established practice bases with over 100 enterprises, forming an integrated "teaching-learning-practice" educational model. Over 43% of the faculty hold senior professional titles, nearly half of whom are from Tianjin University. In 2025, it ranked 38th in the Soft Science Private University Rankings.
