东京医科齿科大学（英文：Tokyo Medical and Dental University；日文平假名：とうきょういかしかだいがく），简称东京医齿大，位于日本东京都文京区，是日本著名的国立大学。学校于1928年建立，1946年开设大学教育，其齿学部是日本最早成立的公立牙医学教育机构，也是旧六齿科大学之一，2004年4月成立国立大学法人。

Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU), commonly known as Tokyo MedDent, is a renowned national university located in Bunkyo City, Tokyo, Japan. Established in 1928, it began offering university education in 1946. Its Faculty of Dentistry is Japan's first public dental education institution and one of the original six dental universities. It became a national university corporation in April 2004.

TMDU comprises 2 undergraduate faculties, 2 graduate schools, 2 libraries, 2 affiliated hospitals, and numerous research institutions, with 3 campuses: Yushima, Surugadai, and Kokubunji. In academic strength, TMDU excels globally in medicine and dentistry. Its dentistry program ranked 1st in Japan (3rd globally) in the 2016/17 QS World University Rankings, with medicine ranking 4th in Japan, establishing it as a top-tier, world-class medical university. In 2001, it formed the "Four University Consortium" with Tokyo Institute of Technology, Hitotsubashi University, and Tokyo University of Foreign Studies to promote educational collaboration and student exchange.
