东京都立大学（Tokyo Metropolitan University，简称TMU）是日本东京都内唯一的公立综合性大学，前身为2005年成立的首都大学东京，2020年4月正式更名。该校与筑波大学、横滨国立大学、千叶大学并称为“筑横干首”，是日本首都圈知名的难关国公立大学群之一，以都市环境科学、系统设计、健康福祉等学科为特色优势。

Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU), formerly known as Tokyo Metropolitan University, was renamed in April 2020. It is the only public comprehensive university in Tokyo, Japan.
