阿瓜斯卡连特斯自治大学（Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes，简称UAA）是墨西哥的一所公立大学，其历史可追溯至1867年创立的农学院，历经多次更名与发展，于1973年6月19日正式确立为自治大学。该校是权力下放的国家公共机构，拥有独立法人资格，致力于在阿瓜斯卡连特斯州提供中等及高等教育，开展科学与人文研究，并向社会各阶层普及文化成果。

The Autonomous University of Aguascalientes (Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, UAA for short) is a public university in Mexico. Its history dates back to the Agricultural College founded in 1867. After several name changes and developments, it was officially established as an autonomous university on June 19, 1973. As a decentralized national public institution with independent legal personality, the university is committed to providing secondary and higher education in the state of Aguascalientes, conducting scientific and humanistic research, and popularizing cultural achievements to all sectors of society.

学校位于墨西哥中部的阿瓜斯卡连特斯州，主校区设在该州首府阿瓜斯卡连特斯市。该市因附近众多温泉而得名（“阿瓜斯卡连特斯”在西班牙语中意为“热水”），气候温和干燥，是墨西哥最安全、最繁荣的地区之一。UAA在州内不同城市设有校园，目前提供64个学士学位、15个硕士学位和9个博士学位课程，涵盖会计、信息科学、工程、生物、法律、教育等多个学科领域。

The university is located in the state of Aguascalientes in central Mexico, with its main campus in the state capital, Aguascalientes City. The city gets its name from the numerous hot springs nearby ("Aguascalientes" means "hot water" in Spanish). With a mild and dry climate, it is regarded as one of the safest and most prosperous regions in Mexico. UAA has campuses in different cities within the state and currently offers 64 bachelor's, 15 master's, and 9 doctoral programs, covering various disciplines such as accounting, information science, engineering, biology, law, and education.

在学术认证方面，UAA 92%的体制性计划和研究生课程获得墨西哥国家科学与技术委员会（CONACYT）认可，部分研究生课程还通过了伊比利亚美洲大学协会（AUIP）和商业学校与课程认证委员会（ACBSP）的国际认证。学校注重科研与教学结合，积极参与国际交流，曾主办全球基因组生物多样性网络（GGBN）第四届国际会议，提升了区域学术影响力。

In terms of academic accreditation, 92% of UAA's institutional programs and graduate courses have been recognized by Mexico's National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT). Some graduate programs have also received international accreditation from the Association of Ibero-American Universities (AUIP) and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). The university emphasizes the integration of scientific research and teaching, actively participates in international exchanges, and has hosted the 4th International Conference of the Global Genome Biodiversity Network (GGBN), enhancing regional academic influence.
