金边皇家大学（Royal University of Phnom Penh, RUPP）是柬埔寨最古老且规模最大的公立大学之一，其历史可追溯至1960年成立的高棉皇家大学。经过多次更名与重组，该校于1996年定名为金边皇家大学，现已发展成为东盟地区重要的高等教育与研究中心，2021年QS世界大学排名位列第233位。

Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) is one of the oldest and largest public universities in Cambodia, with its roots tracing back to the Royal Khmer University founded in 1960. After several renamings and reorganizations, the university was officially named Royal University of Phnom Penh in 1996 and has since evolved into a key higher education and research hub in the ASEAN region, ranking 233rd in the QS World University Rankings 2021.

学校下设人文社会科学院、科学学院及外国语学院三大院系，提供生物学、计算机科学、国际关系、语言学等多领域学术项目，现有全日制本科生及研究生超12000人，教职工450余人，其中335名教学人员持有硕士及以上学位。主校区位于金边市图尔科克区，距离市中心约5公里，同时拥有3个分校区及多个国际合作研究中心。

The university comprises three main faculties: the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Science, and the Institute of Foreign Languages, offering academic programs in diverse fields such as biology, computer science, international relations, and linguistics. It currently enrolls over 12,000 full-time undergraduate and graduate students, with a faculty and staff of more than 450, including 335 academic staff holding master's or doctoral degrees. The main campus is located in Toul Kork district, approximately 5 kilometers from central Phnom Penh, with three additional campuses and multiple internationally collaborative research centers.

作为柬埔寨高等教育的标杆，金边皇家大学与东盟大学联盟（AUN）及全球多所高校保持紧密合作，尤其在人文社科、环境科学及语言教育领域成果显著。其外国语学院开设中、英、法、日、韩等多语种课程，为培养国际化人才提供重要支撑，同时学校通过参与欧盟“伊拉斯谟+”等项目，持续推动学术交流与科研创新。

As a benchmark for higher education in Cambodia, RUPP maintains close collaborations with the ASEAN University Network (AUN) and numerous global universities, particularly excelling in humanities and social sciences, environmental science, and language education. Its Institute of Foreign Languages offers courses in multiple languages including Chinese, English, French, Japanese, and Korean, providing crucial support for cultivating international talent. The university also actively promotes academic exchange and research innovation through participation in programs such as the EU's Erasmus+.
