Surakarta Muhammadiyah University (Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, UMS for short) is an important member of Indonesia's Muhammadiyah university system. Located in Surakarta, Central Java Province, it is a comprehensive private higher education institution. Based on Islamic education, the university is committed to integrating religious values with modern academic research to cultivate talents with professional capabilities and social responsibility.

学校设有11个学院，涵盖健康科学、地理学、伊斯兰教学、传播与信息等44个从文凭到博士层次的研究项目，其中包括2个国际双学位项目和8个国际班项目。现有在读本、硕、博学生约2.7万余人，形成了多层次、国际化的人才培养体系。

The university has 11 faculties, covering 44 research programs from diploma to doctoral level in health sciences, geography, Islamic studies, communication and information, including 2 international double degree programs and 8 international class programs. There are about 27,000 undergraduate, master's and doctoral students, forming a multi-level and international talent training system.
