文莱达鲁萨兰大学（Universiti Brunei Darussalam，简称UBD）是文莱达鲁萨兰国最具声望的公立高等学府，成立于1985年，坐落于首都斯里巴加湾市以北10公里的Tungku Link地区，紧邻南中国海。作为文莱最大的高等教育和科学研究中心，该校以国际化办学为特色，国际学生占比21%，国际教师占比51%，师生比达1:6，教学语言为英语。

Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) is the most prestigious public institution of higher education in Brunei Darussalam. Established in 1985, it is located in the Tungku Link area, 10 kilometers north of the capital city Bandar Seri Begawan, adjacent to the South China Sea. As Brunei's largest center for higher education and scientific research, the university features an internationalized educational approach, with international students accounting for 21% and international faculty 51%, resulting in a student-to-faculty ratio of 1:6. The university comprises 6 colleges and multiple research institutions, covering fields such as business, economics, social sciences, science, and Islamic studies, offering academic programs from undergraduate to doctoral levels. The Sultan of Brunei serves as the Chancellor, and graduates receive their degrees personally from the Sultan.
