约旦大学（The University of Jordan，简称UJ）是约旦历史最悠久的公立综合性大学，成立于1962年，主校区位于首都安曼，另在亚喀巴设有分校。作为约旦高等教育的标杆，该校在阿拉伯地区及国际学术界享有较高声誉，2021年QS世界大学排名位列601-650区间。

The University of Jordan (UJ), founded in 1962, is the oldest public comprehensive university in Jordan with its main campus in Amman and a branch in Aqaba. As a benchmark of higher education in Jordan, it enjoys a high reputation in the Arab region and international academic circles, ranking 601-650 in the QS World University Rankings 2021.

学校设有18个学院，涵盖文、理、工、医、管理、伊斯兰研究等多个领域，提供63个本科专业、81个硕士项目及30个博士点，课程总数超过3500门。现有学生约38000人，其中国际学生占比12%，来自全球多个国家。该校注重国际化发展，与30多个国家的高校建立合作关系，包括中国的中山大学、中国地质大学等。

The university comprises 18 faculties covering arts, sciences, engineering, medicine, management, Islamic studies, and other fields. It offers 63 undergraduate programs, 81 master's programs, and 30 doctoral programs with over 3,500 courses in total. Currently, it has approximately 38,000 students, including 12% international students from various countries worldwide. UJ emphasizes internationalization and has established partnerships with universities in more than 30 countries, including Sun Yat-sen University and China University of Geosciences in China.
