With "innovation, collaboration, and practice" as its core educational philosophy, the university emphasizes the integration of theory and practice. Its flagship "cooperative education" program provides over 2,000 paid internships annually across more than 1,500 global companies, with an average annual internship salary of €15,000-€25,000 for students, and graduate employment rates consistently ranking among the top in Irish universities.
