西安海棠职业学院是一所经陕西省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制民办高职院校，前身为1996年创办的陕西海棠中医美容培训学院，2004年升格并更名。学院位于西安市东郊白鹿原大学城，占地510亩，校舍建筑面积近16万平方米，以中医美容为特色，医学技术类专业为主体，开设医学美容技术、护理、康复治疗技术等22个专业，其中国家级一流专业培育项目1个，省级重点专业4个。

Xi'an Haitang Vocational College is a full-time private higher vocational college approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Shaanxi Haitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Cosmetology Training College founded in 1996, which was upgraded and renamed in 2004. Located in Bailuyuan University Town in the eastern suburbs of Xi'an, the college covers an area of 510 mu with a building area of nearly 160,000 square meters. It features traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology, focuses on medical technology majors, and offers 22 majors including medical cosmetology technology, nursing, and rehabilitation therapy technology, among which there is 1 national first-class professional cultivation project and 4 provincial key majors.

学院现有在校生近万人，教职员工570余人，其中双师素质型教师260余人，并聘请西安交通大学、空军军医大学等高校教授担任专业带头人。建有78个实验实训室及127个校外实践基地，图书馆藏书96.94万册，电子图书125万册，构建了“校企合作、产教融合”的人才培养模式，累计为社会培养5万余名高素质技术技能型人才。

The college currently has nearly 10,000 students and more than 570 faculty members, including over 260 double-qualified teachers. It also employs professors from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Air Force Medical University and other universities as professional leaders. The college has 78 experimental training rooms and 127 off-campus practice bases, with a library collection of 969,400 paper books and 1.25 million e-books. It has established a talent training model of "school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education" and has cultivated more than 50,000 high-quality technical and skilled talents for the society.
