西安建筑科技大学华清学院是经国家教育部批准，由西安建筑科技大学联合社会力量以新机制、新模式于2004年创办的全日制本科院校。学院坐落在历史文化名城西安，现有幸福、楼观两个校区，幸福校区位于西安市新城区幸福南路109号，楼观校区位于西安市周至县楼观镇，交通便利，环境优美。

Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology Huaqing College is a full-time undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It was founded in 2004 by Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology in conjunction with social forces under a new mechanism and model. The college is located in the historical and cultural city of Xi'an, with two campuses: Xingfu Campus at No. 109 Xingfu South Road, Xincheng District, and Louguan Campus in Louguan Town, Zhouzhi County, enjoying convenient transportation and a beautiful environment.

学院以工学学科为主体，以人居环境、智能建造、信息机电、管理艺术等学科为特色，兼有文、理、经、管、艺等多学科协调发展，设有8个二级学院，31个本科专业，现有全日制在校生万余人。学院秉承“自强、笃实、求源、创新”的校训，坚持“强素质、强基础、强实践、强创新”的应用型本科人才培养目标，不断推进学科建设和教育教学改革，培养了大批适应社会发展需要的高素质应用型人才。

The college takes engineering disciplines as the main body, with characteristics in human settlements, intelligent construction, information electromechanics, management and art, and coordinates the development of multiple disciplines including liberal arts, science, economics, management, and art. It has 8 secondary colleges and 31 undergraduate majors, with over 10,000 full-time students.
