新疆科技职业技术学院是经新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业院校，创办于2014年，位于五家渠市猛进南路980号，办学性质为民办，院校代码14525，面向全国培养高素质技术技能人才。学院秉承“创新、求实、团结、勤奋”的校训，坚持“质量立校、人才强校、特色兴校”办学理念，以服务高质量发展、促进高水平就业为导向，形成了涵盖多学科的职业教育体系。

Xinjiang Science and Technology Career Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and registered with the Ministry of Education. Founded in 2014, it is located at No. 980 Mengjin South Road, Wujiaqu City. As a private institution with the college code 14525, it cultivates high-quality technical and skilled talents nationwide. Adhering to the school motto of "Innovation, Practicality, Unity, Diligence", the college adheres to the educational philosophy of "Establishing the School with Quality, Strengthening the School with Talents, and Promoting the School with Characteristics", and has formed a vocational education system covering multiple disciplines oriented towards serving high-quality development and promoting high-level employment.

学院实行军校化管理育人模式，注重学生生存能力、生活能力、学习能力、就业能力及创新与发展能力的“五大能力”培养。下设护理学院、机电工程学院、电子信息工程学院等13个教学单位，开设新能源汽车技术、智能控制技术、护理、电子商务等特色专业，拥有新能源汽车实训基地、智能控制技术实训基地等9个现代化实训基地，教学设施设备齐全。现有教职工310人，其中专任教师240人，硕士及高级职称教师占比显著，形成了专兼职结合的优秀师资队伍。

The college implements a military academy-style management and education model, focusing on cultivating students' "five abilities": survival ability, living ability, learning ability, employment ability, and innovation and development ability. It has 13 teaching units including the School of Nursing, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and School of Electronic Information Engineering, offering characteristic majors such as new energy vehicle technology, intelligent control technology, nursing, and e-commerce. It has 9 modern training bases including a new energy vehicle training base and an intelligent control technology training base, with complete teaching facilities and equipment. There are 310 faculty members, including 240 full-time teachers, with a significant proportion of teachers with master's degrees and senior professional titles, forming an excellent team of full-time and part-time teachers.

学院积极深化产教融合，与疆内外两百余家企事业单位建立校企合作关系，为学生提供充足实习实训岗位。近年来重点发展新能源、智能制造等符合新疆十大产业集群需求的专业，加入新能源专委会推动教育教学改革，致力于构建服务区域经济发展的高素质技术技能人才培养体系，已成为新疆职业教育领域特色鲜明的重要力量。

The college actively deepens the integration of industry and education, establishing school-enterprise cooperation relationships with more than 200 enterprises and institutions inside and outside Xinjiang, providing sufficient internship and training positions for students. In recent years, it has focused on developing majors such as new energy and intelligent manufacturing that meet the needs of Xinjiang's top ten industrial clusters, joined the New Energy Special Committee to promote education and teaching reform, and is committed to building a high-quality technical and skilled talent training system serving regional economic development. It has become an important force with distinctive characteristics in the field of vocational education in Xinjiang.
