新疆现代职业技术学院始创于1995年，2004年3月4日经自治区人民政府批准并报国家教育部备案，成为新疆首所具有独立颁发国家高等专科学历文凭资格的民办高等医学院校，办学代码13726。学校位于乌鲁木齐市头屯河区祥云街大学城，占地面积3316亩，现有校舍建筑面积9万余平方米，教学仪器设备总值2800万元，建有医学类实验实训室19074.16平方米，与全疆156家县级以上医院建立实习实训合作关系。

Xinjiang Modern Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1995. Approved by the People's Government of the Autonomous Region on March 4, 2004 and registered with the Ministry of Education, it became the first private medical college in Xinjiang with the qualification to independently issue national college diplomas, with the school code 13726. Located in the University Town, Xiangyun Street, Toutunhe District, Urumqi, the college covers an area of 3316 mu, with a building area of over 90,000 square meters. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment is 28 million yuan, with 19,074.16 square meters of medical laboratories and training rooms. It has established internship and training cooperative relations with 156 county-level and above hospitals in Xinjiang.

学校以医学类专业为特色，开设护理、助产、药学、医学检验技术、医学影像技术、康复治疗技术、医学营养、智能医疗装备技术等8个高职统招专业。现有专兼职教师258人，其中副高以上职称占比35.2%，累计培养医学类技能型人才4万余名，毕业生就业率连续多年保持在93%以上，为新疆基层医疗卫生事业发展提供了重要人才支撑。

With medical majors as its featured disciplines, the college offers 8 higher vocational programs including Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Rehabilitation Therapy Technology, Medical Nutrition, and Intelligent Medical Equipment Technology. It has 258 full-time and part-time teachers, with associate senior titles accounting for 35.2%. The college has cultivated over 40,000 medical technical talents, with the employment rate of graduates remaining above 93% for many years, providing important talent support for the development of primary medical and health services in Xinjiang.
