新疆科信职业技术学院是经新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的民办全日制普通高等职业院校，前身为1992年成立的新疆大学培训中心，2019年5月正式升格为高等职业院校，院校代码14679。学院坐落于乌鲁木齐市西山大学城，占地370余亩，建筑面积近11万平方米，拥有教学楼、实训中心、标准化体育场等现代化教学设施，现有22个高职专业，形成智慧托幼与儿童发展、数字经济与智能技术等七大专业群。

Xinjiang Science & Information Vocational Technical College is a private full-time higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and registered with the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was the Training Center of Xinjiang University founded in 1992, and it was officially upgraded to a higher vocational college in May 2019 with the college code 14679. Located in Xishan University Town, Urumqi, the college covers an area of over 370 mu with a building area of nearly 110,000 square meters. It has modern teaching facilities such as teaching buildings, training centers, and a standard stadium, offering 22 higher vocational programs and forming seven major professional groups including Smart Childcare and Child Development, Digital Economy and Intelligent Technology.

学院秉持"扎根新疆、面向南疆、服务基层"的办学理念，构建"专业文凭+实用技能+职业资格"培养体系，累计为新疆培养4万余名技术技能人才，90%以上毕业生服务于基层一线，70%扎根南疆四地州。先后荣获"全国高等教育自学考试先进单位""全国就业工作先进单位"等称号，是新疆区域经济发展和社会稳定的重要人才培养基地。

Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Rooted in Xinjiang, Facing Southern Xinjiang, Serving Grassroots", the college has built a training system of "Professional Diploma + Practical Skills + Vocational Qualification". It has cultivated over 40,000 technical and skilled talents for Xinjiang, with more than 90% of graduates serving at the grassroots level and 70% rooted in the four prefectures of southern Xinjiang. It has successively won titles such as "National Advanced Unit for Higher Education Self-study Examinations" and "National Advanced Unit for Employment Work", and is an important talent training base for regional economic development and social stability in Xinjiang.
