新星职业技术学院是经新疆生产建设兵团批准、国家教育部备案的公办综合性全日制普通高等专科院校，坐落于新疆生产建设兵团第十三师新星市先锋大道南侧。学院规划教学用地2000亩，建筑面积51万平方米，建成后可满足16000人办学规模，目前已完成10万平方米建筑面积，基础设施完善，校园环境优美。

Xinxing Vocational and Technical College is a public comprehensive full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is located on the south side of Xianfeng Avenue, Xinxing City, the 13th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The college plans 2000 mu of teaching land and a building area of 510,000 square meters, which can meet the school-running scale of 16,000 people after completion. At present, it has completed a building area of 100,000 square meters with complete infrastructure and a beautiful campus environment.

学院办学历史始于1983年，历经农广校、教师进修学校、十三师职业技术学校等发展阶段，2023年正式升格为高等职业院校。现开设机电一体化技术、汽车检测与维修技术、应用化工技术、视觉传达设计等专业，建有20多个专业实训室及书法、无人机等社团阵地，形成“思政引领+岗课赛证”人才培养体系，2024年学生获各类技能竞赛奖项40项，致力于培养服务区域产业发展的高素质技术技能人才。

The college's school-running history began in 1983, going through development stages such as Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School, Teacher Training School, and the 13th Division Vocational and Technical School, and was officially upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2023. It now offers majors such as Mechatronics Technology, Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology, Applied Chemical Technology, and Visual Communication Design. It has more than 20 professional training rooms and club positions such as calligraphy and UAV, forming a talent training system of "ideological and political guidance + post-course competition certificate". In 2024, students won 40 awards in various skill competitions, committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents serving regional industrial development.
