信阳工程职业学院是2024年经河南省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制专科层次高等职业学校，由固始县政府投入17亿元建成，是河南省电子与信息行业产教融合共同体副理事长单位和全国专用智能装备行业产教融合共同体副理事长单位。学院坐落于豫皖交界区域中心城市、千年古县固始，境内有火车站，高速、国道穿城而过，交通便利。

Xinyang Engineering Vocational College is a full-time junior college-level higher vocational school approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education in 2024. It was built with an investment of 1.7 billion yuan by the Gushi County Government. It is the vice-chairman unit of the Henan Provincial Electronic and Information Industry-Education Integration Community and the vice-chairman unit of the National Special Intelligent Equipment Industry-Education Integration Community. The college is located in Gushi, a central city at the junction of Henan and Anhui and a thousand-year-old county. There is a railway station in the territory, with expressways and national highways passing through, making transportation convenient.

学院占地565亩，总建筑面积29.88万平方米，可容纳1.2万全日制在校生。实训仪器设备总值3300万元，建有校内仿真性实训中心18个、校外实习就业基地20个，纸质图书30.5万册、电子图书25万种。现有专兼职教师140余人，其中教授、副教授等高级职称教师49人，具有博士、硕士学位教师58人，双师型教师47人。首批开设纺织机电技术、新能源汽车技术、汽车电子技术、工业机器人技术、跨境电子商务等专业，形成以装备制造、电子信息、纺织服装等为特色的专业体系。

The college covers an area of 565 mu with a total construction area of 298,800 square meters, capable of accommodating 12,000 full-time students. The total value of training instruments and equipment is 33 million yuan, with 18 on-campus simulation training centers, 20 off-campus internship and employment bases, 305,000 paper books and 250,000 e-books. There are more than 140 full-time and part-time teachers, including 49 with senior titles such as professors and associate professors, 58 with doctoral or master's degrees, and 47 dual-qualified teachers. The first batch of majors includes Textile Electromechanical Technology, New Energy Vehicle Technology, Automotive Electronic Technology, Industrial Robot Technology, and Cross-border E-commerce, forming a professional system featuring equipment manufacturing, electronic information, textile and apparel, etc.
