信阳航空职业学院是经河南省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案，纳入国家统招计划的全日制普通高等院校，也是河南省唯一一所航空类高等职业院校。学校坐落于信阳市平桥区震雷山风景区，是信阳·雷山匠谷——匠心谷的重要组成部分，形成了以雷山校区为主体，南湾校区、浉河三期本科校区为辅的“一体两翼”发展格局。

Xinyang Aviation Vocational College is a full-time regular higher education institution approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government, registered with the Ministry of Education, and included in the national unified enrollment plan. It is also the only aviation vocational college in Henan Province. Located in the Zhenlei Mountain Scenic Area of Pingqiao District, Xinyang City, the college is an important part of Xinyang·Leishan Craftsman Valley - Ingenuity Valley, forming a "one main body and two wings" development pattern with Leishan Campus as the main body, supplemented by Nanwan Campus and Shihe Phase III Undergraduate Campus.

学校设有9个二级学院，开设46个专业，构建了飞机机电设备维修、空中乘务、无人机应用技术3个高水平专业群。实训设施完善，拥有模拟机场、航站楼、波音737实训飞机、R44直升机等90余个校内实训场所及110个校外实习就业基地；师资力量雄厚，现有专任教师750余人，其中国管专家、享受国务院津贴专家等20余人，特聘两院院士担任高端领军人才，形成了“航空+航天”双轨育人特色，近五年为行业输送3万余名高素质技能人才。

The college has 9 secondary colleges, offering 46 majors, and has built 3 high-level professional groups: Aircraft Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Maintenance, Flight Attendant, and UAV Application Technology. It has well-equipped training facilities, including more than 90 on-campus training sites such as simulated airports, terminals, Boeing 737 training aircraft, R44 helicopters, and 110 off-campus internship and employment bases. With a strong faculty of over 750 full-time teachers, including more than 20 national management experts and experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, the college has specially appointed academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering as high-end leading talents, forming a "aviation + aerospace" dual-track education model. In the past five years, it has trained over 30,000 high-quality technical talents for the industry.
