襄阳科技职业学院是经湖北省人民政府批准、教育部备案，于2023年5月成立的公办全日制高等职业院校，以襄阳技师学院为基础组建而成。学院位于襄阳市东津新区鹿门山下、襄阳科学城中心位置，襄阳东站（高铁站）正对面，是襄阳市人民政府确定的东津新区十大公共建设项目之一。

Xiangyang Vocational College of Science and Technology is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Hubei Province and registered with the Ministry of Education in May 2023. It is established on the basis of Xiangyang Technician College. The college is located at the foot of Lumen Mountain in Dongjin New District, Xiangyang City, in the center of Xiangyang Science City, directly opposite Xiangyang East Railway Station (high-speed railway station). It is one of the top ten public construction projects in Dongjin New District determined by the Xiangyang Municipal People's Government.

学院规划占地面积1008亩，建筑面积36万平方米，现实际占地面积757亩，一期工程已投入资金7亿元，建筑面积18万平方米。现有教职工420人，其中副高级以上职称105人，研究生95人，省、市级名师工匠、技术能手30余人，大师工作室6个；现有学生8000余人，其中高职学生4400人，开设高职专业6个、中职专业20余个，形成了涵盖就业技能培训、岗前培训、技能提升培训等多层次的职业培训和评价体系。

The college plans to cover an area of 1008 mu with a building area of 360,000 square meters, and currently actually covers an area of 757 mu. The first phase of the project has invested 700 million yuan with a building area of 180,000 square meters. There are 420 faculty members, including 105 with associate senior titles or above, 95 postgraduates, more than 30 provincial and municipal famous teachers, craftsmen and technical experts, and 6 master studios. There are more than 8,000 students, including 4,400 vocational college students. It offers 6 higher vocational majors and more than 20 secondary vocational majors, forming a multi-level vocational training and evaluation system covering employment skill training, pre-job training, and skill improvement training.
