延边大学（Yanbian University）是国家“双一流”建设高校、国家“211工程”重点建设大学，坐落在吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州首府延吉市，是一所具有鲜明民族特色的综合性大学。学校始建于1949年，历经70余年发展，已形成涵盖文、理、工、农、医、经、管、法、教、艺等十大学科门类的办学体系，在少数民族教育、区域经济社会发展研究等领域具有独特优势。

Yanbian University is a national "Double First-Class" construction university and a key university under the national "211 Project". Located in Yanji City, the capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, it is a comprehensive university with distinct ethnic characteristics. Founded in 1949, after more than 70 years of development, the university has formed a disciplinary system covering ten disciplines including liberal arts, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, economics, management, law, education, and art, with unique advantages in ethnic minority education and regional economic and social development research.

学校坚持立德树人根本任务，致力于培养具有家国情怀、国际视野和跨文化交流能力的高素质人才。现有全日制在校学生2万余人，教职工2000余人，其中高级职称教师占比超过40%。学校拥有多个国家级一流本科专业建设点、国家级特色专业，以及省部级重点实验室和研究中心，为学生提供优质的教学科研资源。

Adhering to the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, the university is committed to cultivating high-quality talents with a sense of national belonging, international vision, and cross-cultural communication skills. It currently has over 20,000 full-time students and more than 2,000 faculty members, with senior professional title teachers accounting for over 40%. The university has multiple national first-class undergraduate major construction sites, national characteristic majors, as well as provincial and ministerial key laboratories and research centers, providing students with high-quality teaching and research resources.

As an important educational and research platform in the border region of China, Russia, South Korea, and Japan, Yanbian University actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation, having established partnerships with over 200 universities in more than 40 countries and regions, with remarkable achievements especially in educational exchanges with South Korea and Russia.
