学院位于昆明市嵩明职教园区中心，校园占地面积150多亩，建筑面积11万多平方米，东接云大滇池学院，北接师大商学院，南临昆医海源学院，西邻师大文理学院等多所本科院校，教学生活设施齐全、功能完善。2021年，学校通过全国首批样板党支部培育创建单位验收、全国第三批现代学徒制试点学校复核验收，获全国教师教学技能大赛云南省一、二等奖。

The college is located in the center of Songming Vocational Education Park in Kunming, covering an area of more than 150 mu with a building area of over 110,000 square meters. It is adjacent to Yunnan University Dianchi College to the east, Normal University Business College to the north, Kunming Medical University Haiyuan College to the south, and Normal University College of Arts and Sciences to the west, with complete and fully functional teaching and living facilities. In 2021, the college passed the acceptance of the first batch of national model party branch cultivation and establishment units and the review and acceptance of the third batch of national modern apprenticeship pilot schools, and won the first and second prizes of Yunnan Province in the National Teachers' Teaching Skills Competition.
