阳泉职业技术学院是一所集医学、工科、管理等学科为一体的综合性公办全日制普通高等职业院校，位于山西省阳泉市。学院坐落在阳泉市生态新城，漾泉大街9号，交通便利，距阳五高速阳泉东出口不足1000米，占地面积500余亩，建筑面积14.1万平方米，总投资7.88亿元。校园由中国建筑设计研究院总体规划设计，建筑风格独特，中式传统建筑风格与现代简约流畅建筑元素相结合，园林院落式建筑，园中有院，院中有园；自东南向西北，由低到高，形成山地建筑的独有特色。

Yangquan Vocational and Technical College is a comprehensive public full-time ordinary higher vocational college integrating medicine, engineering, management and other disciplines, located in Yangquan City, Shanxi Province. The college is located in the Ecological New City of Yangquan City, No. 9 Yangquan Avenue, with convenient transportation, less than 1000 meters away from the Yangquan East Exit of Yangwu Expressway, covering an area of more than 500 mu and a building area of 141,000 square meters, with a total investment of 788 million yuan. The campus is总体规划设计 by China Architecture Design and Research Institute, with a unique architectural style combining traditional Chinese architectural style and modern simple and smooth architectural elements, and a garden courtyard-style architecture, with yards in the garden and gardens in the yard; from southeast to northwest, from low to high, forming the unique characteristics of mountain architecture.

学院设有护理系、医药系、机电工程系、艺术系、信息工程系、管理科学与工程系、材料与环境工程系以及思想政治理论教学部、基础教学部、继续教育部等教学系部，开设28个高职专业，获批省级品牌专业1个，高水平实训基地2个，特色专业群1个，形成了护理等品牌专业，机电一体化技术、计算机应用技术等优势专业，药学类、财经商贸类、交通运输类、艺术设计类、环境保护类等特色专业协调发展的专业结构体系。现有专任教师226人，具有研究生以上学历和硕士学位教师63人，具有高级职称专业技术人员73人，双师型教师42人。

The college has teaching departments such as Nursing Department, Medicine Department, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department, Art Department, Information Engineering Department, Management Science and Engineering Department, Materials and Environmental Engineering Department, as well as Ideological and Political Theory Teaching Department, Basic Teaching Department, and Continuing Education Department, offering 28 higher vocational majors, approved 1 provincial brand major, 2 high-level training bases, and 1 characteristic professional group, forming a professional structure system with coordinated development of brand majors such as nursing, advantageous majors such as mechanical and electrical integration technology and computer application technology, and characteristic majors such as pharmacy, finance and trade, transportation, art design, and environmental protection. There are 226 full-time teachers, 63 teachers with postgraduate education and master's degree, 73 professional and technical personnel with senior titles, and 42 double-qualified teachers.

学院立足高质量就业，不断推动专业特色化发展。先后与百度云计算(阳泉)中心、北京京东方科技有限公司、中兴通讯股份有限公司、山西鸿翔一心堂药业有限公司、畅捷通信息技术股份有限公司等国内知名企业开展校企合作，共同培养高素质的专业技术型人才。目前，共签订了50余家校企合作单位，包括2家 non-affiliated affiliated hospitals, 7 teaching hospitals and 25 internship hospitals, further enhancing the breadth and depth of school-enterprise cooperation.学院实习实训条件优越，建有6栋实训楼，总面积37500平方米，现有实训设备价值2664.6万元，满足各类实训需求的实训室118个。

The college is based on high-quality employment and continuously promotes the characteristic development of majors. It has successively carried out school-enterprise cooperation with well-known domestic enterprises such as Baidu Cloud Computing (Yangquan) Center, Beijing BOE Technology Co., Ltd., ZTE Corporation, Shanxi Hongxiang Yixintang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Changjietong Information Technology Co., Ltd., to jointly cultivate high-quality professional and technical talents. At present, more than 50 school-enterprise cooperation units have been signed, including 2 non-affiliated affiliated hospitals, 7 teaching hospitals and 25 internship hospitals, further enhancing the breadth and depth of school-enterprise cooperation. The college has superior internship and training conditions, with 6 training buildings with a total area of 37,500 square meters, and the existing training equipment is worth 26.646 million yuan, with 118 training rooms meeting various training needs.
