燕山大学里仁学院成立于2001年7月，是经河北省人民政府批准、教育部确认的独立学院，由全国重点大学——燕山大学按照新机制、新模式举办的一所全日制普通本科高等学校。学院坐落于著名海滨城市河北省秦皇岛市，毗邻燕山大学，校园环境优雅，基础设施先进，办学条件优良。

Yanshan University Liren College was founded in July 2001. It is an independent college approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. It is a full-time ordinary undergraduate institution run by Yanshan University, a national key university, under a new mechanism and model. The college is located in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, a famous coastal city, adjacent to Yanshan University, with an elegant campus environment, advanced infrastructure and excellent办学 conditions.

学院依托燕山大学的优质教育资源，坚持以教学为中心，以育人为根本，注重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。现设有6个系，37个本科专业，涵盖工、理、文、经、管、法等多个学科门类，面向全国30个省（自治区、直辖市）招生，现有全日制本科在校生15000余人。

Relying on the high-quality educational resources of Yanshan University, the college adheres to teaching as the center and talent cultivation as the foundation, focusing on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability. It now has 6 departments and 37 undergraduate majors, covering multiple disciplines such as engineering, science, liberal arts, economics, management, and law. It enrolls students from 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) across the country, with more than 15,000 full-time undergraduate students.
