烟台汽车工程职业学院成立于2006年，由烟台市人民政府主办，是山东省优质高等职业院校、山东省技能型人才培养特色名校。学院占地1000余亩，教职工800余人，在校生2.2万人，开设专业48个。拥有2个中央财政重点支持建设专业，3个省级高水平专业群，3个省级品牌专业群，3个省级特色专业，4个专本贯通分段培养专业；建有中央财政支持的实训基地1个，国家级生产性实训基地2个。

Yantai Automobile Engineering Professional College, founded in 2006 and sponsored by Yantai Municipal People's Government, is a high-quality higher vocational college in Shandong Province and a characteristic famous school for cultivating skilled talents in Shandong Province. Covering an area of more than 1,000 mu, the college has over 800 faculty members and 22,000 students, offering 48 majors.
