学院立足曲靖、面向云南、辐射全国，以区域经济社会发展需求为导向，构建了完善的“奖、助、贷、勤、免、补”学生资助保障体系，设有国家奖助学金、省政府奖学金及各类奖助学金，帮助家庭经济困难学生顺利完成学业。现有本科以上学历专任教师110人，其中副高级职称以上教师33人，双师型教师64人，形成了一支结构合理、素质优良的师资队伍。

Based in Qujing, facing Yunnan, and radiating across the country, the college is guided by the needs of regional economic and social development. It has established a sound student financial aid system including "scholarships, grants, loans, work-study programs, exemptions, and subsidies", with national scholarships and grants, provincial government scholarships, and various other scholarships to help students from economically disadvantaged families complete their studies. There are 110 full-time teachers with a bachelor's degree or above, including 33 teachers with associate senior titles or above and 64 double-qualified teachers, forming a well-structured and high-quality teaching team.
