岳阳科技职业学院是经湖南省人民政府批准设立、教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业院校，坐落于湖南省域副中心城市岳阳。校园规划用地1000余亩，总投资达11亿元，现拥有校内外实训室120个，校企合作单位400余家，馆藏图书超80万册。学校专业设置紧密对接湖南省4×4现代化产业体系及岳阳市1+3+X产业战略，重点发展智能装备制造、网络空间安全、现代物流、传媒艺术、医疗健康等五大专业群，下设智能工程学院、数字经济学院、医药健康学院、轨道交通学院、艺术传媒学院5个二级学院，开设高速铁路客运服务、数字媒体技术、医学美容技术、电气自动化技术等前沿专业。

Yueyang Vocational College of Science and Technology is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education, located in Yueyang, a sub-central city in Hunan Province. The campus covers a planned area of over 1,000 mu with a total investment of 1.1 billion yuan. It currently has 120 on-campus and off-campus training rooms, more than 400 school-enterprise cooperation units, and a collection of over 800,000 books. The college's major settings closely align with Hunan's 4×4 modern industrial system and Yueyang's 1+3+X industrial strategy, focusing on developing five major professional groups: intelligent equipment manufacturing, cyberspace security, modern logistics, media arts, and medical health. It has five secondary colleges, including the School of Intelligent Engineering, School of Digital Economy, School of Medical and Health Sciences, School of Rail Transit, and School of Art and Media, offering cutting-edge majors such as High-Speed Railway Passenger Service, Digital Media Technology, Medical Cosmetology Technology, and Electrical Automation Technology.

学校以产教融合、科技赋能为核心办学特色，推行“双导师制”人才培养模式，由企业工程师与专任教师联合授课，确保教学内容与行业需求无缝对接。其中，工业机器人技术专业与三一重工共建实训基地，云计算技术应用专业引入华为认证课程体系，毕业生持证率达85%。近三年承担省级以上科研项目23项，获发明专利15项，智能仓储分拣系统成果被中联重科采纳应用，在湖南省职业院校技能大赛中连续三年斩获机器人系统集成赛项一等奖。

With industry-education integration and technological empowerment as its core features, the college implements a "dual tutor system" for talent cultivation, where enterprise engineers and full-time teachers jointly teach to ensure seamless alignment between teaching content and industry needs. For example, the Industrial Robot Technology major has built a training base with SANY Heavy Industry, and the Cloud Computing Technology Application major has introduced Huawei's certification curriculum system, with a graduate certification rate of 85%. In the past three years, it has undertaken 23 scientific research projects at or above the provincial level, obtained 15 invention patents, and its intelligent warehouse sorting system成果 has been adopted by Zoomlion. It has won the first prize in the Robot System Integration competition of Hunan Provincial Vocational College Skills Competition for three consecutive years.

学校依托校企合作订单班特色培养模式，与400余家企业建立深度合作，构建了“教学-科研-转化”闭环生态。2023年与岳阳经开区共建智能装备研究院，已孵化3家科技型中小企业。校园地处长岳协同发展核心区域，紧邻火车站、高铁站、飞机场，交通便捷，校园东依生态景观带，西临科创产业园，为师生提供集学习、生活、实践于一体的现代化教育生态圈。

Relying on the characteristic training model of school-enterprise cooperation order classes, the college has established in-depth cooperation with over 400 enterprises, building a closed-loop ecology of "teaching-research-transformation". In 2023, it jointly built the Intelligent Equipment Research Institute with Yueyang Economic Development Zone, which has incubated 3 technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises. Located in the core area of Changsha-Yueyang collaborative development, the campus is close to railway stations, high-speed rail stations, and airports, with convenient transportation. It is adjacent to an ecological landscape belt to the east and a science and technology industrial park to the west, providing teachers and students with a modern educational ecosystem integrating learning, living, and practice.
