浙江特殊教育职业学院是全国第一批独立设置,也是浙江省唯一一所主要培养残疾人高级技能人才和服务残疾人事业专业人才的公办普通高等职业院校,主要招收听力障碍、言语障碍、视力障碍、肢体障碍等残疾学生和有志于为残疾人事业服务的健全学生。学校办学历史可追溯至1993年创办的浙江省残疾人职业技术学校,2014年4月经浙江省人民政府批准并经教育部备案正式建立。
Zhejiang Special Education College is one of the first independently established public higher vocational colleges in China and the only one in Zhejiang Province that mainly cultivates senior skilled talents for persons with disabilities and professional talents serving the cause of persons with disabilities. It mainly enrolls students with disabilities such as hearing impairment, speech impairment, visual impairment, and physical impairment, as well as able-bodied students committed to serving the cause of persons with disabilities. Its educational history dates back to the Zhejiang Provincial Vocational Technical School for Persons with Disabilities founded in 1993, and it was officially established in April 2014 with the approval of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and the record of the Ministry of Education.
学校遵循“残健融合、协同共培”的育人理念,开设13个高职专业(含方向),其中特殊教育、数字媒体艺术设计和工艺美术品设计3个专业为省级特色专业,特殊教育专业群入选省级高水平专业群。学校已与浙江中医药大学、浙江科技学院开展本科专业联合培养,并与多所特殊学校、中职学校建立中高职一体化贯通培养合作,毕业生就业率持续保持在98%以上,有就业意向的残疾毕业生就业率达100%。
Adhering to the educational philosophy of "integration of disabled and able-bodied students, collaborative cultivation", the college offers 13 higher vocational majors (including directions). Among them, Special Education, Digital Media Art Design, and Arts and Crafts Design are provincial-level characteristic majors, and the Special Education major group has been selected as a provincial-level high-level major group. The college has carried out joint undergraduate talent cultivation with Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, and established integrated secondary and higher vocational education cooperation with multiple special schools and secondary vocational schools. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 98%, with the employment rate of disabled graduates with employment intentions reaching 100%.
