遵义医科大学医学与科技学院坐落于历史文化名城遵义市新蒲新区，是依托遵义医科大学举办的全日制本科独立学院。2001年5月经教育部批准创建，原名遵义医学院科技学院，当年9月正式招生；2004年经教育部批准更名为遵义医学院医学与科技学院；2018年12月随母体学校更名，启用现名。学校现有在校生15000余人，下设8个二级学院，开设28个本科专业，涵盖医学、理学、管理学、文学、工学、教育学、艺术学7个学科门类，形成以医学、理学、工学为主，多学科协调发展的格局。

Medicine and Technology College of Zunyi Medical University is located in Xinpu New District, Zunyi City, a famous historical and cultural city. It is a full-time undergraduate independent college affiliated with Zunyi Medical University. Approved by the Ministry of Education in May 2001, it was originally named Science and Technology College of Zunyi Medical College and officially enrolled students in September of the same year. In 2004, it was renamed Medical and Technology College of Zunyi Medical College with the approval of the Ministry of Education. In December 2018, it was renamed as the current name following the renaming of its parent university. The college has more than 15,000 students and 8 secondary colleges, offering 28 undergraduate majors covering 7 disciplines including medicine, science, management, literature, engineering, education, and art, forming a disciplinary pattern dominated by medicine, science, and engineering with coordinated development of multiple disciplines.

学校新校区占地1050余亩，已投入使用建筑面积21万平方米，教学设施完备，可与遵义医科大学共享部分实验室及实习基地资源。师资队伍理论扎实、业务精湛，坚持立德树人根本目标，致力于培养基层所需的高素质应用型人才。毕业生执业资格考试通过率良好，就业遍布全国多地医疗卫生及相关单位，累计培养毕业生近4万人，为区域医疗卫生事业发展作出突出贡献。

The new campus covers an area of over 1050 mu, with a constructed area of 210,000 square meters in use. It has complete teaching facilities and can share some laboratory and internship base resources with Zunyi Medical University. The faculty boasts solid theoretical foundation and excellent professional skills, adhering to the fundamental goal of cultivating virtue through education and committed to training high-quality applied talents needed at the grassroots level. Graduates have achieved good pass rates in professional qualification examinations, with employment distributed in medical and health institutions and related units across the country. The college has cultivated nearly 40,000 graduates, making outstanding contributions to the development of regional medical and health undertakings.
