浙江理工大学科技与艺术学院是一所由浙江理工大学举办的独立学院，以纺织、服装、艺术设计为特色，涵盖理、工、文、经、管、法等多学科协调发展。学院成立于1999年，前身为浙江工程学院创办的二级学院，2000年开始招收全日制普通本科生，2005年通过教育部办学条件与教学工作专项检查确认，2011年取得学士学位授予单位资格。2015年起，学院由浙江理工大学与绍兴市上虞区人民政府共建，办学地址迁至绍兴市上虞区杭州湾上虞经济技术开发区康阳大道58号。

Zhejiang Sci-Tech University Keji & Art College is an independent college sponsored by Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, featuring textiles, fashion, and art design, with coordinated development of multiple disciplines including science, engineering, liberal arts, economics, management, and law. Established in 1999, the college originated as a secondary college founded by Zhejiang Institute of Engineering (predecessor of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University). It began enrolling full-time undergraduate students in 2000, passed the special inspection and confirmation of school-running conditions and teaching work by the Ministry of Education in 2005, and obtained the qualification as a bachelor's degree-granting unit in 2011. Since 2015, the college has been co-built by Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and the People's Government of Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, with its campus located at No. 58, Kangyang Avenue, Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hangzhou Bay, Shaoxing City.
