中山职业技术学院地处广东省中山市，2004年筹建，2006年正式设立，是市政府投资兴办的全日制普通高等学校。学校占地840亩，现有全日制学生10500余人，教职员工639人，荣获国家优质专科高等职业院校、全国职业院校教学管理50强等多项称号，整体办学实力位居全省高职院校前列。

Zhongshan Polytechnic is located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. It was prepared in 2004 and officially established in 2006. It is a full-time public higher education institution invested by the municipal government. Covering an area of 840 mu, the school has more than 10,500 full-time students and 639 faculty members. It has been awarded titles such as National High-Quality Vocational College and Top 50 National Vocational Colleges in Teaching Management, with its overall办学 strength ranking among the top vocational colleges in Guangdong Province.

学校深化产教融合，创新“一镇一品一专业”办学模式，建有古镇灯饰学院、南区电梯学院等特色产业学院，形成“总部+基地”的协同发展格局。开设38个专业，其中国家骨干专业6个，中央财政支持重点专业2个，省级重点专业9个，与中山现代产业体系高度对接，近五年技术服务到款额超4000万元，科技成果转化近200项。

The school deepens the integration of industry and education, innovates the "one town, one product, one major" school-running model, and has established characteristic industrial colleges such as Guzhen Lighting College and Nanqu Elevator College, forming a coordinated development pattern of "headquarters + base". It offers 38 majors, including 6 national key majors, 2 key majors supported by central finance, and 9 provincial key majors, which are highly aligned with Zhongshan's modern industrial system. In the past five years, the technical service revenue has exceeded 40 million yuan, and nearly 200 scientific and technological achievements have been transformed.

学校注重人才培养与社会服务，现有专任教师569人，其中国家级、省级技术能手等各类优秀人才40余人。毕业生初次就业率年均超98%，近三年学生获国家级技能竞赛奖项12项、省级297项。运营的中山市大学创业孵化基地被评为“全国创业孵化示范基地”，累计培养全日制学生6.1万余人，为区域经济社会发展提供有力支撑。

The school focuses on talent cultivation and social services, with 569 full-time teachers, including more than 40 outstanding talents such as national and provincial technical experts. The initial employment rate of graduates has averaged over 98% annually. In the past three years, students have won 12 national skill competition awards and 297 provincial awards. The Zhongshan University Student Entrepreneurship Incubation Base operated by the school has been rated as a "National Entrepreneurship Incubation Demonstration Base". It has cultivated more than 61,000 full-time students, providing strong support for regional economic and social development.
